Gastronomics concepts
We create custom, authentic concepts through a firm understanding of food identity, consumer needs, kitchen flow and ingredient quality. We empower the startup phase development of new food businesses, supporting restaurant managers with recipe and menu development, financial projections, staff training and taste education. In this way, we turn entrepreneurial visions into unique guest experiences and successful business realities.

PRODUCT DEVELOPMENT

Product Development
We combine tradition, sustainability and innovation, in order to develop delicious, healthy products. We empower small and medium producers that are committed to quality agriculture, by developing recipes, branding and packaging solutions that make their products stand out of the crowd. We then connect these producers with kitchens looking for the highest quality of ingredients and the most interesting food stories.

Who are we?

We are an international team of young professionals and researchers with a background on Agriculture, Food and Gastronomy. We are bringing into the project a wide international network of food actors whose work spans all steps of the supply chain: from the seed to your taste buds. The diversity of our personalities and backgrounds, combined with our love and curiosity for good food and good farming, drives our efforts to create food solutions that are smart, sustainable and transparent.
